Faku The charming and overly-ambitious Faku has the ability to slow down time and move instantly.
Faku is named after Faku kaNgqungqushe kaNyawuza who was the last ruling Monarch of the Mpondo state. During his time as King, he unified several groups, expanding his territory.
AmaMpondo, a Xhosa-speaking peoples from the Eastern Cape province of South Africa established themselves as a nation from 500AD until they were eventually an institutionalized society for hundreds of years. An interesting, rarely mentioned fact about the Xhosa people is that from the year 1779 to the year 1879, the Xhosa people were in a series of wars with different European colonizers.
These wars that lasted for 100 years are considered the longest-running military action in the history of colonialism in Africa.
