Soshangane is the Team Captain.

His strength is his ability to jump as high as he wishes. 

Soshangane is named after the powerful leader who was the respected founder and Monarch of the great Gaza Empire of South East Africa. Orginally from the KZN province, he was strategic in battle, built powerful armies by subjugating other tribes and successfully establishing his own empire, which he named after his father.

Soshangane was sent by King Shaka of the Zulu people on a quest to conquer a group of people in the area of present-day Southern Mozambique. 

This took place during the infamous Mfecane tribal wars amongst many Southern African black tribes and clans. When Soshangane arrived, he found rich and fertile land in the area of Southern Mozambique and decided that he no longer wanted to return to his leader, Shaka. He made that  area his home. Using the knowledge he gained from being a skilled military commander under Shaka, he built a strong empire of his own named the Gaza Empire.
